Reflection Period & Returns
At Hout-Doe, you have a 14-day reflection period for online purchases. This means that you can cancel and return your purchase up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason.
After registering your cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
Refunds
After cancellation, you will receive the full purchase price, excluding the shipping costs for the outward journey, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the product.
Return Costs
You are also responsible for the costs of returning your order, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
